1. Acceptance of Terms:

By purchasing a coaching package from Legacy Fitness, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your purchase.

   2. Subscription Packages:

Legacy Fitness offers online coaching packages available through monthly subscriptions or lump sum upfront payments for a minimum of six (6) months of service. The subscription will automatically renew at the end of the term unless you cancel in accordance with our cancellation policy.

   3. Payment Terms:

Payment for services must be made in full at the time of purchase. For monthly subscriptions, payments will be processed automatically on the same day each month. For lump sum payments, full payment must be completed prior to the commencement of services.

   4. No Refund Policy:

All coaching packages are non-refundable. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final, and you will not be eligible for any refunds, including unused portions of the subscription.

   5. Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, cancellation will not take effect until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for any remaining time on your subscription after cancellation.

   6. Service Availability:

Legacy Fitness reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the services offered. We will provide notice of any significant changes to our services.

   7. Limitation of Liability:

Legacy Fitness shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. You acknowledge that you participate in fitness coaching at your own risk.

   8. Amendments:

Legacy Fitness reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

   9. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Legacy Fitness operates.
